You may go to the laboratory any time during the operating hours listed below. Most collection sites do not require an appointment to be set up in advance. When it is your turn to test, please inform the lab staff that your screening is a PSC hold order. All of the information needed is located in the Quest national database. You do not need to discuss your reason for visiting, or provide any additional information. If there are any issues, call us immediately and a care counselor will assist you.
Results are typically processed in three business days or less. To receive results, call 1-888-978-3435. We will not reach out to you with results even if you are positive to protect your privacy.
